Cultural education and research based on external funds
Universities, research and non-profit institutions have their dependence on external funds in common. Agnieszka Czejkowska's article develops a particular perspective on research and problematises the equalisation of political and cultural education and also social pedagogy in this context. Using the example of «Facing the Differences» at Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and University of Graz, the author shows how research projects and activities financed by external funds can produce critical knowledge despite the influences that regulating funding programs can have.
