Marlène Tencha

Marlène Tencha studied media production for her bachelor’s degree at TH OWL Lemgo, where she specialized in film and photography and was particularly interested in ideas of transgenerationality and the impact of the concept of Heimat. Following a further bachelor’s and a master’s degree in art and Spanish at the University of Cologne, Marlène has been working independently within media production and art education since 2014. She remains active in art and art theory, with a particular focus on the sociology of emotions, transgenerationality, and epigenetics.
