Miriam Schmidt-Wetzel, Dr. phil., is professor of art and design didactics at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and heads the PhD program Didactics of Art & Design. Her research in the field of art education focuses on the relationality of learning and teaching practices drawing from many years of experience as an art teacher at various secondary schools (Gymnasium and Integrierte Gesamtschule) in Germany.
