In this text Sascha Willenbacher deals with the practice of the cultural agent using the example of "Kulturagent.innen Schweiz". Along the concepts of ‘awareness at the margins’, ‘irritation’ and ‘subject position’, he reflects on this specific position in the conflicting fields of school and culture and explores the (subject)-forming potential of the arts.
