studied theater direction at the Schauspiel Akademie Zürich (now ZHdK). She worked as head dramaturge and drama director at the Stadtheater Hildesheim, and as executive artistic director of the TAK Theater Liechtenstein and the Millers theater in Zurich. She is a founding member and board member of artsasfoundation – Schweizer Stiftung für Kunst in Konfliktregionen and founder and managing director of the KlimaKontor Basel project.
