Today Lena Weber works as an art mediator, printer, teacher, artist and mother. After her bachelor's degree in illustration several years ago, she learned the craft of lithography in various studios in Germany and abroad and also pursued her own artistic practice. She completed her master's degree in art and art education at the HSLU in Lucerne in the summer of 2020 and is currently running printing courses, supervising a school for children in special need and will soon be working as an art educator at the Kunstmuseum Bern. Drawing and painting in her studio serves her as a form of retreat from her various life worlds. She interprets the resulting picture fragments in performative presentations, among other things, inviting the viewers to pause for a moment and read their personal, intuitive stories in her works.
